Verses i have studied lately.......

John 1:48
Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Phillip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

Jesus has always been and always will be. Jesus has always known us. He has known us before anybody else. We should always stand by His side because he never changes. As we progress through life we will change and we will meet different people. However the one thing that always needs to change for the better is our walk with Him he never left us so why should we leave Him? When no one else understands you and you feel like you are all alone with no one to talk to remember God is always there and he will listen with an open heart and He is the friend everyone wants if only we will talk to Him.
　
　
Proverbs 2:7
He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
1. Morally upright; without guilt or sin
2. A small, round shield either carried or worn on the arm.
A means of protection; a defense: To shield; protect.
In the present, past, and indefinitely in the future there are people who are unmoral. They sin without repentance and see no wrong in their doings. Since they commit these unmoral acts, they are unpleasing to God. This scripture clearly states that God will bless the righteous with wisdom. Wisdom is one of the greatest gifts off all. It allows you a deeper insight into many things including the word of God. It also states that He is a buckler to those who are upright. A buckler is a shield or protection. Therefore, if we are upright in our ways God will be our protector. No matter what comes against us, no matter what battle we are fighting God will not just stand by our side He will stand in front of us and protect us like a shield. Whether you are fighting financial, spiritual, family, or just this old world ,God will protect you no matter what. Even if it looks like everything is coming at you at once and that you will never make it, Jesus will be with you every step of the way. He does not put more on us than we can bear. We go through difficult times for a purpose. And one of those purposes is to test our faith and trust in Him. Hold your head high because if He brings you to it He will bring you through it.

Matthew 6:4
That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly
1.Money or goods given as charity to the poor.
We give to help others not to increase our social status or popularity. We are supposed to give from our heart and look for glory from God not from man. If it is not from the heart then it is not true giving. You should give because you care and want to help those less fortunate than you. In all things we do we should look for glory from God because he determines our worth not anybody else. I would rather God think highly of me more than I would any person on this earth.
